EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Excellent benefits are one more way that Community Hospital shows appreciation for our great employees. We offer flexible work schedules with benefits prorated to hours worked.

A well-rounded selection of benefits is provided including the hospital paying 7% into a pension account for employees with no match required from the employee.

Opportunities exist for pre-tax saving on medical insurance premiums; individual retirement savings and daycare or medical spending accounts.

A wellness program encourages and rewards healthy behaviors. Preventive screening tests are paid and a cash incentive is paid as well.

Individual development is encouraged with opportunities to learn and progress into greater responsibility, authority and autonomy. We offer scholarship/loans, tuition reimbursement and generous payments for hours and expenses for continuing education.

Health Insurance

Traditional Health Insurance Plan - this plan will have a lower deductible and 20% co-pay for preferred providers (In-Network) and a 30% co-pay if the provider is outside the network. This plan will also have prescription co-pays and an office visit fee.

High Deductible Insurance Plan with a Health Savings Account - This plan will have a higher deductible with the participant paying all of the allowable charges. All of these fees paid will be applied to the deductible. Included in this is all of the office and prescription cost. Once the deductible is met, then the participant will pay 20% of the allowable charges for In-Network and 30% for providers Out-of-Network.

Combined with health insurance

2 weeks/year increases after 5 years

Holiday
7 paid days off per year, one & one half hourly rate paid on holidays worked

Life Insurance
Equal to double annual salary

Dependent Life Insurance
Up to $10,000 on all dependants

Short Term Disability
Pays 70% of weekly wage up to 90 days

Long Term Disability
Insures 50% monthly wages, after 90 days

Bereavement Leave
3 days per incident of serious illness or death in immediate family

Sponsored Activities
Bowling & softball teams, picnic, etc.

Education Programs
Expenses paid plus time paid, CEU credits

Tuition Reimbursement
100% tuition reimbursed up to $300 per year

Scholarship Program
Up to $1,000 per year on agreement to one year employment on graduation

Employer contributes 7% annual salary
