EMPLOYEE
BENEFITS
Excellent
benefits are one more way that Community Hospital shows
appreciation for our great employees. We offer flexible
work schedules with benefits prorated to hours worked.
A well-rounded selection of
benefits is provided including the hospital paying 7% into a pension account for
employees with no match required from the employee.
Opportunities exist for pre-tax
saving on medical insurance premiums; individual retirement savings and daycare
or medical spending accounts.
A wellness program encourages and
rewards healthy behaviors. Preventive screening tests are paid and a cash
incentive is paid as well.
Individual development is
encouraged with opportunities to learn and progress into greater responsibility,
authority and autonomy. We offer scholarship/loans, tuition reimbursement and
generous payments for hours and expenses for continuing education.
