To promote
the total wellness of employees, Community Hospital
offers the following Wellness Program.
Wellness is defined as the state of being in good health.
This includes the absence of negative life style factors
affecting health such as smoking, drug or alcohol abuse,
lack of exercise, excessive stress, and poor eating
habits.
Items available to employees at Community Hospital under
the Wellness Program include:

wellness program. Points are awarded for the above items
and exercise programs achieved. Awards are awarded
