Dr. Dan Farrell, a general orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine and pediatrics, is associated with the Community Hospital Orthopedic Clinic. Dr. Farrell completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1986. He earned a Masters of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in biomechanics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 1997, he completed his medical degree with distinction in research from the St. Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Mo. His orthopedic surgery residency was completed at the Orlando Regional Medical Center, Orlando, Fla. in August 2002. Dr. Farrell completed a one-year fellowship in pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine at the Denver Children’s Hospital, Denver, and Vail Medical Plaza, Vail, Colo., in August 2003. |
