Wade Fornander, M.D.

Family Practice

Dr. Fornander graduated from the Lincoln Family Practice residency program in Lincoln in June. He completed his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in May 2002, and graduated from Chadron State College in May 1998. Dr. Fornander joined the McCook Clinic in August, 2005.
