Community Hospital administration and board of directors express their thanks to the more than 60 Community Hospital employees and medical staff who responded on July 4 to the multiple incidences resulting in the treatment of 14 patients in the emergency room.
“We appreciate the teamwork and dedication of our staff who were already working and for those who came in. We also know that many more of our 235 employees would have responded if they would have been called,” said Jim Ulrich, Community Hospital President/CEO.
“We have a great team here at Community Hospital,” he said. “Not only did they treat 14 emergency room patients, some of them very critical, in the span of a few hours, but they also cared for their families and friends.”
Ulrich also added his thanks to the emergency response teams in McCook and the surrounding communities. “We are very fortunate to have such dedicated professionals in southwest Nebraska.”
