Location:

Visitors should park at McCook Clinic and enter through the doors near the Convenient Care entrance on the north side. Follow the blue star and walk down the hallway past Convenient Care. About halfway down the hall,  find the blue star on the left, which is the entrance to the Behavioral Health Services.

Patients can call to schedule their own appointment or ask additional questions by calling 308-344-8280.
For healthcare professionals, schools, and other agencies: to refer a patient (not required), please use the attached Referral and Information Request Form. Fax the completed form to 308-344-8281.
